Grahame has an extensive understanding of integrated project and study management and governance with hands on experience in mineral processing, hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical plant design, development, optimisation and plant debottlenecking. He is a people leader, who has extensive personnel management experience on projects, studies and the day-to-day management of teams. Grahame has applied his expertise to complete multiple studies and projects for international and domestic mine developments and expansions.
